Before Requesting a Refund

Healing the Healer is a comprehensive burnout recovery program that includes multiple components beyond just the core video modules. If you are feeling stuck, make sure you have fully utilized all aspects of the program:

• Core Modules – A structured, research-backed curriculum on burnout recovery.

• Worksheets & Self-Reflection Exercises – Designed to help you apply key strategies and take meaningful action.

• Bonus Modules – Expanding beyond core burnout recovery, including career transitions and evolving topics based on participant needs.

• Private Online Community – A space for discussion, peer support, and shared experiences beyond my personal coaching perspective.

• Live Q&A Sessions – Interactive opportunities for direct engagement and additional guidance.

• Discovery Call Option – A free 15-minute discovery call is available if you are struggling to see results. Almost 100% of the time, a simple shift in perspective, approach, or expectations makes all the difference.

• One-on-One Coaching Add-On – Available for those needing personalized guidance beyond the program materials.

 

This Is Not a Refund for Changing Your Mind

This refund policy is not for those who simply changed their minds about the program. This is a conditional refund for those who have fully engaged in the Healing the Healer Program and still feel they have received no value, no progress, and no meaningful change in their burnout situation. If you have actively participated, followed the structured approach, and still find no benefit, you may proceed with a refund request under the conditions outlined below.

 

How to Request a Refund

If you feel that you have truly received no value, no benefit, and no change despite fully engaging in the Healing the Healer Program, follow these steps:

1. Initiate Your Refund Request

   • Start by submitting a message through the contact form on my website.

   • In the message, explain why you feel you received no value from the program despite fully engaging in it.

   • I will respond with my personal email address where you can submit your refund request and required documentation.

2. Ensure Full Completion of All Core Module Videos

   • You must have fully completed all core module videos in the program (I will verify this through the program backend).

   • The core modules are:

     • Introduction

     • Background & Definitions

     • Causes of Burnout

     • Biology of Burnout

     • Signs & Symptoms

     • Burnout Prevention & Recovery Toolbox

     • The Role of Authenticity in Burnout

     • Coaching for Burnout Recovery

3. Show Proof of Meaningful Engagement

   • You must submit completed worksheets for each of the core modules.

     • All worksheet responses must demonstrate genuine effort and self-reflection (one-word or one-sentence answers will not be considered meaningful engagement and therefore cannot be accepted as proof of participation).

4. Request the Refund Within 30 Calendar Days

   • Refund requests must be submitted within 30 calendar days from the date of purchase, with Day 1 being the date of purchase. (For example, if you purchase the program on March 1, your refund request must be submitted no later than March 30 at 11:59 PM in your local time zone).

 

Refund Processing

If your refund request meets all eligibility criteria, I will issue the refund within 48 hours of approval. Please note that while refunds are processed promptly, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

 

Loss of Access and Confidentiality Agreement

Upon approval of your refund, you will immediately lose access to all program features, including:

• Core and bonus modules

• Worksheets and exercises

• Private online community access

• Live Q&A sessions and recordings

Additionally, by requesting a refund, you agree to:

• Respect and not violate intellectual property rights. Any downloaded worksheets, program materials, or resources must be permanently deleted and printed material destroyed.

• Maintain confidentiality regarding community discussions. Healing the Healer is designed as a safe space for open and honest dialogue. Any conversations, feedback, or shared experiences from other members must remain private.

By enrolling in the Healing the Healer Program, you acknowledge and agree to this refund policy.

Coaching Refund Policy

Coaching Refund Policy

Effective Date: March 7, 2025

All coaching purchases are final and non-refundable. Coaching is a time-based service, and once a session is booked, that time is reserved exclusively for you. This policy is standard across the coaching industry and reflects the commitment required for meaningful progress.

 

• Refunds are not provided for:
• Missed sessions, including no-shows or last-minute cancellations.
• Lack of immediate results (coaching is a long-term process requiring client engagement).
• Changes in personal circumstances after purchase.
• Failure to use purchased sessions within the designated time frame.

 

Coaching packages have expiration dates, and failure to schedule or attend sessions before the expiration date does not qualify for a refund. Please refer to the Coaching Terms & Conditions for more details on scheduling and expiration policies.

 

By purchasing a coaching session or package, you acknowledge and agree to this refund policy.
